Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Office Operations Specialist to assist in managing daily office affairs and ensuring an efficient and orderly working environment. This specialist will be responsible for the daily operations management of the office, ensuring the normal operation of office facilities and equipment, and coordinating various daily affairs, such as meeting arrangements and procurement and management of office supplies. Additionally, assist the HR team with administrative support in employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers, and participate in organizing internal company activities and team building to enhance the employee experience. This position requires good communication skills, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities, and the ability to maintain good relationships with different departments and external partners.
