We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented TIG welder with a solid background in welding and sheet metal fabrication. The ideal candidate must be able to accurately complete welding tasks based on drawings and technical specifications, with good quality awareness and team spirit. Main responsibilities include performing TIG welding and assembly of stainless steel parts according to drawings, ensuring welding quality meets company standards and customer requirements, closely collaborating with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure project progress, adhering to work safety regulations, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. A minimum of 3 years of TIG welding experience is required, familiarity with stainless steel materials is preferred, ability to read engineering drawings, possessing good dimensional sense and precision. Experience in welding related to refrigeration equipment, pressure vessels, or industrial equipment is a plus. Must have a sense of responsibility, capable of working independently as well as teamwork.
