The main responsibilities include: inquiring about, comparing, and analyzing shipping pricing according to transportation requirements; selecting logistics channels with high service quality, good timeliness, and reasonable prices; communicating with the customer service department and warehouse to ensure the transmission and distribution of cargo demand; tracking and distributing goods, providing timely feedback, and resolving various issues; if goods are damaged or lost, coordinating with the logistics company and warehouse for handling. Requirements: Good communication skills, fluent in Mandarin and English; attention to detail, with patience and a sense of responsibility, and good team spirit; familiar with basic Office software applications; experience in international logistics is preferred, but training can be provided for those without experience.
