Job Description
We are in need of an electrical control assembly technician, mainly responsible for wiring and organizing cables inside the control box, and assisting in the assembly of equipment prototypes. The job is mainly hands-on, does not involve powering operations or certified electrician qualifications. Main tasks include wiring and arranging cables inside the control box according to drawings or instructions, completing basic assembly using tools such as screwdrivers, wire cutters, and drills, assisting technicians in organizing cables and connectors, ensuring neat, safe, and complete wiring, and conducting basic quality checks. Must comply with workshop safety regulations, maintain a tidy workspace, and participate in other assisting work for prototype assembly. Preference will be given to candidates with factory assembly or electrical control box assembly experience, the ability to understand simple drawings or follow assembly instructions in English, dexterity, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility, proficiency in using common hand tools, ability to stand for work, physical fitness, discipline, willingness to learn, and teamwork awareness.
