Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Management Specialist with excellent organizational and coordination skills, responsible for handling logistics and administrative affairs to ensure smooth operational processes. The salary range is $20–25/hour (adjusted based on experience). Job duties include: processing inbound and outbound shipping documents and inventory system data entry, tracking inventory status, assisting with product scheduling and restocking arrangements, organizing and archiving procurement, purchasing, and sales documents, communicating and coordinating with internal sales, warehouse teams, and external suppliers, assisting in establishing and optimizing logistics processes, and executing other administrative and logistics tasks assigned by supervisors. Qualifications required include a high school diploma or higher, familiarity with Excel and basic data management systems, attention to detail, responsibility, and good communication and time management skills. Experience in logistics, warehousing, procurement, or administration is preferred (training is also welcome), and possessing a forklift license is a plus (not a mandatory requirement).
