Assist the head chef in providing Omakase service, ensure the quality of the dishes and a smooth service process, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, follow food safety standards, and contribute in an environment of respect, cooperation, and professionalism. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of Japanese cuisine or fine dining experience, experience in charcoal grilling, tempura frying, and hot dish preparation, be able to remain calm under pressure, eager to learn, passionate about food, and possess a strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, and urgency.
