The workplace is located at 9015 Shaughnessy St, working 5 days a week. Main responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting Western dishes, ensuring the quality and taste of the dishes. Also participate in menu design and updates, and propose innovative suggestions to ensure food safety and hygiene standards. In addition, assist in training new employees, enhancing the overall skills of the team, controlling ingredient costs, reducing waste, and improving kitchen operational efficiency. Requires relevant work experience as a Western chef, familiarity with various Western cooking techniques, a valid food safety certificate (such as Food Safe Level 1), and good communication skills and teamwork spirit. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and strong stress resistance.
