Job Description
Responsible for receiving customers through social media platforms, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, organizing and recording customer feedback, efficiently communicating with operations, kitchen, and delivery teams, assisting in daily order management, group maintenance, and customer satisfaction follow-ups, participating in optimizing standard scripts and organizing common questions, and establishing customer communication processes. Job requirements: Must hold a valid work permit, be familiar with social platforms, and have online customer service or community management experience preferred, good at listening and understanding customer needs, clear expression and stable emotions, possess good learning ability, and be proficient in using customer service system tools to process multi-channel data.
