Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and diligent individual to join our team. Ying Da Enterprises is a supplier focused on tempered glass and mirrors. While customer service experience is desirable, it is not necessary. Working hours: full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Main responsibilities include: responding politely and promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, or in person; taking messages when staff are unavailable; proactively greeting and assisting customers to understand their needs; learning and becoming familiar with industry-related knowledge of glass to better respond to customer queries; managing customer information and orders, and updating order statuses promptly; paying attention to detail and possessing good organizational skills. Skills required: proficient in Microsoft Office, ability to quickly learn software provided by the company, fluent English writing and speaking skills, good task prioritization ability, and bookkeeping experience is preferred.
