Y&Y Construction is a company focused on renovation projects, currently seeking an outstanding project manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overall management from project initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and designers to meet client needs. Requirements include: effective coordination of project teams and suppliers, preparing and updating project documents such as progress reports, budgets, and change orders, assisting in resolving various issues encountered during the project, and establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients. Must be able to accurately read blueprints, possess strong communication skills, and work efficiently with team members. A valid driver's license is required for regular site inspections. Experience on construction sites or a background in engineering design is preferred. Fluent English (a must), fluent Mandarin, gender does not matter. Outstanding employees may assist with immigration. Workplace: Richmond office.
