Provides base salary plus monthly commission, 3000-5000 CAD/month. Responsibilities include increasing WeChat friends, user activation, sales conversion, answering user questions, uncovering needs and recommending suitable products, conducting after-sales callbacks and regularly collecting customer feedback, and daily communication and coordination with service providers. Requirements include fluency in Mandarin and English, good communication skills and patience, familiarity with social media platform rules such as Xiaohongshu and WeChat, fast typing speed and result-oriented, proficient in using editing software such as Jianying, Meitu, and Office tools, sales experience is preferred. Work location in Richmond, requires in-office work.
