Job Description
Due to business expansion, we are sincerely seeking an Office Document Management Specialist to assist with daily administrative affairs and document management. We welcome detail-oriented and responsible individuals to join our team! Job responsibilities include managing and organizing various office documents, assisting the accounting department with basic accounting data, archiving engineering drawings, assisting with project quotes and data organization, supporting other departments' document preparation and form creation, and general administrative tasks and data filing operations. Applicant requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic accounting knowledge, ability to read and edit AutoCAD files is a plus, and possessing good time management skills and teamwork spirit. The workplace is located in Richmond, work hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00, and we provide comprehensive employee medical insurance benefits and annual leave among various benefits.
