As the office administrative assistant of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the company's daily operations and office management, including coordinating departments, handling documents and data, arranging meetings and events, and ensuring the office runs efficiently. Female candidates are required, fluent in English and Mandarin, and must have obtained a university or college degree within the last two years, preferably in management or administration-related majors. Outstanding organizational and communication skills are needed, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and have team spirit.
