Responsible for preparing the restaurant's main dishes, preparing ingredients, and maintaining a clean kitchen to enhance the dining experience, executing the kitchen manager's instructions and tasks. Kitchen assistants are required to help make simple dishes and be responsible for kitchen cleaning and organization. Requirements include holding a work permit, being patient and responsible, having good communication skills and teamwork awareness, and fluent English communication skills (basic Japanese is a plus). Salary is negotiable, base pay plus tips, and promotion opportunities to Chef, Experienced Chef, or Kitchen Manager are provided.
