Volunteer responsibilities include assisting teachers in organizing classroom activities, guiding and accompanying children in crafts, games, and Chinese learning, helping manage classroom order to ensure safety, as well as pre-class preparation and post-class cleanup. Recruitment requirements: strong sense of responsibility, enjoyment in interacting with children, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit. Fluency in Chinese is preferred (but not mandatory). Suitable for high school students and above.
