We are looking for an honest and upright renovation technician, required to have skills in carpentry and metal framing, able to handle painting, wooden flooring, and plastering work; familiarity with plumbing installation is a plus. Must hold a valid work card and be able to drive to the work location. The starting salary is $28 per hour, with specific salary negotiable based on work capability and experience, a two-week probation period is required, and meal and gas subsidies will be provided after the probation period.
