The qualification requirement is at least one year of sales experience in the education or immigration industry (excellent fresh graduates can be considered for flexibility), with good cross-cultural communication skills, the ability to accurately understand the needs of parents or entrepreneurs, and strong stress resistance, being skilled at managing long-term client relationships. Familiarity with investment immigration or prestigious school applications will be more competitive. The compensation structure is a base salary plus a tiered commission (5%-12% of the contract amount), with full-time positions requiring 30 hours of work per week and part-time positions requiring 12-18 hours per week.
