We are a professional Chinese auto repair shop seeking an Automotive Service Consultant to join our team! Responsibilities include welcoming customers and understanding vehicle issues, providing initial consultation; communicating with customers via phone, WeChat, etc., answering repair-related questions; managing repair orders and coordinating repairs with technicians; understanding auto parts, familiar with the ordering process, managing and following up on parts orders; ensuring customer satisfaction and providing high-quality after-sales service. Requirements: Fluent in Mandarin and English, able to communicate bilingual; familiar with the auto repair industry, preferably with relevant experience; familiar with auto parts and understand basic ordering processes; proficient in using WeChat, phone, etc. to communicate with customers; strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and good customer service awareness.
