Responsible for managing the central kitchen of the restaurant with 80 seats, assisting in pre-opening preparations, developing recipes and menus, conducting financial controls, recruiting and training staff, monitoring hygiene standards, ensuring food quality, and responsible for inventory counting and reporting.
