Kitchen cooks should have experience in cooking and be able to work independently while keeping the work area tidy; prep cooks need to efficiently complete dishwashing and assist other staff while maintaining kitchen cleanliness; front-of-house servers should have relevant experience, be fluent in Chinese and English, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
