Job Description
Witness Auto Dash Cam is currently hiring full-time customer service representatives, offering competitive salary and benefits. We have 11 years of industry experience and are continuously developing, warmly welcoming talented individuals to join us. Requirements: Fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin, strong writing skills in Chinese and English; excellent document management and work organization skills; cheerful personality, strong sense of responsibility, patience, attention to detail, ability to multitask, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with MS Office and basic office equipment, proficient in Wechat and Whatsapp; able to work independently as well as in a team, stable long-term employment is required; relevant work experience is preferred. Main responsibilities include: answering phone calls to resolve customer issues, providing usage instructions and simple troubleshooting for dash cams, conducting inventory checks and product recommendations. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM, with healthcare and dental insurance benefits after becoming a permanent employee; year-end bonuses may apply.
