We are recruiting the first batch of 50 trainees for the solar company's preparatory employee training program, which will start in the second week of February 2025 and last for 6 weeks. The training content covers the installation and debugging technology of solar product series as well as basic electrical knowledge. Eight hours of theoretical courses and no less than 12 hours of on-site practice will be provided each week, during which appropriate wage subsidies will be given, along with product introduction and promotion skills training. Those who pass the training can be directly assigned to work. The enrollment criteria are an IELTS score of 6.0 or above or a local high school diploma, and an interest in the solar industry.
